It was another top evening - superbly hosted by Sanjeev Bhaskar - where the great and the good of the region came together to celebrate those companies leading the way.
Now in their eighth year, the Awards have come a long way and it was great to see such a diverse range of businesses vying for the fourteen category wins.
We judged the Award for Customer Delight - congratulations to Club Class Chauffeurs. They demonstrated clear evidence of first-class service based on customer feedback and mystery shopping. A distinctive and successful business model ensured that everyone in the team was headed in the same direction and made their entry stand out.
Our category had a huge number of entrants once again - proving that delighting your customer base continues to be a fundamental element of running a business. We would like to commend each of them on their excellent submissions - there were some fantastic examples of forward thinking initiatives and industry-leading customer satisfaction practices.
