Storm12’s 2024 Highlights

January

• In January, we won several new social media clients for the digital team
• Sarah was promoted from Office Manager to Account Manager! 

February

• In February, we of course celebrated Pancake day!
• Matt attended the Surface Design Show in London. He got to see an amazing range of innovative and creative materials used by outdoor living and interior designers. 

March

• We enjoyed our first ‘Fun Friday’ of the year in March at Yo Sushi in Brighton where we learnt how to make sushi.
• Matt, Ben and Paul attended the Gatwick Diamond Business Awards!

April

• In April, we started our employee of the month initiative, with the first winner being Alicja! 
• We enjoyed a team breakfast at Bolney Wine Eastate. 

May

• Matt attended Clerkenwell Design Week in May, where he got to meet so many amazing businesses and learn about their innovative products.

June

• Matt, Paul and Ben attended the Gatwick Diamond Business Experts Conference, hearing from several excellent speakers.
• Matt, Paul and Alicja gave a presentation at Collyer's sixth form, talking to the students about working in the creative industry. 

July

• In July, we supported Thakeham’s stand at Goodwood’s Festival of Speed.
• We also celebrated our MD, Matt’s 50th birthday! 

August

• We launched the new Bakers website along with a new CMS! This was a big project involving almost everyone in the team. Check it out here.
• We enjoyed afternoon tea at Mannings Heath Golf Club for our second ‘Fun Friday’ of 2024.

September

• In September, we attended and supported an event hosted by Life Outdoors, to celebrate their new Specifier Programme.
• We won Thruxton Race Circuit as a new client, which car-lover Matt was especially thrilled about! 

October

• Our new SEO Executive, Rahul, joined us in October!
• The whole team was treated to a delicious lunch at JO.CO.
• We also had a lot of fun celebrating Halloween with spooky gingerbread competition and pumpkin carving.
• We won a new digital client, Baroque, a bespoke jewellery company in Brighton. 

November

• In November, Storm12’s first apprentice, Abby joined the team! Abby is working with the creative team as a Design Apprentice.
• We celebrated Storm12’s 25th birthday! 

December

• In December, we exchanged our Secret Santa gifts before enjoying our Christmas party at Komedia in Brighton! 

From celebrating milestones to delivering great results for our clients, the team has achieved so much together over the last year. We’re so proud of what we’ve accomplished in 2024 and we can’t wait to see what 2025 has in store! Here’s to another year of growth and success at Storm12.
