First of all, a big ol’ thank you to everyone who took the time to complete our client survey.
It was really helpful in getting an honest view; we have taken on all of the feedback will use this to continue to improve on how and what we deliver.
And (of course) we wanted to share the results.
The results were overwhelmingly positive, with our lowest score being 8.6 and highest being 9.4. We’re extremely happy and proud of our NPS (Net Promoter Score). Anything above 50% is classed as amazing, so we’re pretty chuffed with ourselves.
It’s the best present we could’ve got just before Christmas.
