Website design agency

The design of your website is essentially the shop window to the world for your brand. It’s the key marketing asset to give your visitors the first and enduring impression of your company and allows you to nurture and convert prospects. That is why we believe in creative with purpose.

You might be looking for a slight tweak to your design or a complete website redesign. Whatever you need, your website should reflect your brand and values and be a core strategic marketing tool within your business.

What is website design?

Website design is the first critical part of the web development process and must take the following points into consideration:

  • The design and style must have an objective, a purpose;
  • It must adhere to your brand guidelines;
  • The target audience profiles should be analysed to attract and interest your prospects;
  • Page types and structure should deliver an effective user journey.

Websites are a complex collection of information and interactivity so how the information is presented is crucial in order to develop a desirable sales journey. This then leads on to the user experience (UX) design to ensure the website delivers the results you need.

Web Design process

Collaborate

A stakeholder workshop ensures that all areas of the business that should be involved in the design are part of the process when considering the brand guidelines, audience groups and their typical customer journeys. See website strategy for more information.

Create

Once the workshop and scope for the site is complete, the initial concepts are created for a series of master pages. After feedback from the client, these concepts are designed into all the key page styles needed for the website. This is all designed and approved prior to the website build.

Captivate

Once the site is designed and built, it’s then launched! Our client can then create and edit pages through our bespoke CMS. A collaborative and continual process of improvement is then implemented.
